Continuing my 25-year commitment to excellence in Winchester public schools, I will: 

• Support the appropriate level of funding for our schools while simultaneously encouraging improved performance 

• Encourage Special Education support for every child in need.

• Revenue growth -particularly from commercial real estate – should be an important strategic goal to reduce the strain of property tax growth on residents. 

• Protection of historical buildings, preserving existing downtown businesses, and improving the health of the Winchester property tax base.
